The accommodation offers a glimpse of the river and beautiful views of the waterfall from the back of the resort. the staff is quite friendly and provides good customer service. the resort location is great, with a lot of safe areas for children, and the swimming pool is fantastic.

The breakfast takes quite a long time to serve, which can be frustrating.

Celebrating New Year at this hotel was delightful, as they offered a great breakfast buffet and friendly staff. the nearby location to the stunning waterfalls and river gave us a beautiful view to wake up to. the gorgeous garden added to the overall charm.

The swimming pool was a big disappointment as it lacked privacy and shade, and the dining area was not pleasant at all, so we did not want to eat there. the dark coloured feature painted wall had not been cleaned and gave an uncomfortable look.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making me feel welcome and comfortable. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views of the river and easy access to transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, as well as the great facilities including parking and a delicious breakfast.

Great views & easy access to the beautiful surrounding nature, and affordable price. We had a lovely stay here during our city trip. The surrounding nature was breathtaking and easily accessible. The price was affordable and worth it. We enjoyed exploring the area and soaking in the natural beauty.

The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a modern and comfortable atmosphere. The highlight for me was the beautiful garden located right next to the river. I loved spending time there, enjoying the peacefulness and natural beauty. The staff at this hotel were exceptional - friendly and always willing to help. Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience, and I am grateful for their excellent service. I had a great time here and I would definitely come back again.

The location of Casa Rio Resorts was fantastic, with beautiful views of the river and even a glimpse of the waterfalls. The lush greenery and well-maintained garden added to the overall appeal. The lobby and restaurant were plush, providing a great atmosphere to enjoy the delicious and tasty food. The spacious rooms were maintained, and the amenities were great. The highlight was the easy access to the shallow river, which the staff accompanied us to and showed us the safe points. this resort provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The only drawback I can mention is the slightly narrow approaching road to the hotel, which might be a problem for large vehicles.
